Time record basic structure

Let's dive into what the individual items of the time record mean. The time record is divided onto 3 parts.

First part of the time record

The first irst part consists of Customer, Project, Task and Activity fields. The first part of the time record is used to fill out for whom and on what you work.

Ssecond part of the time record

The second part consists of the user, the length of the time record and description, which can be used to describe the task or activity in more depth.

The last part of the time record

The last part consist of the checkbox "Billable". This part enables you to bill out this parcticular time record to a client by defining an hourly rate and price.
