To have a better control over the time records' of your employees as an account owner, you can approve them. Approved time records are not editable by anyone.
How to enable Time records' approvals?
Go to the Time Tracking module
Click on the "Time tracking settings"
Go to the "Features" subcategory
Turn on the "Time records approvals" section, as seen below:
How to approve time records in bulk?
Go to the Time Tracking module
Go to "Team overview"
Click on "Table view"
Tick the checkboxes of the time records to be approved
Click on the "Action" button
Select "Approve selected", as seen below:
Note: time records can be unapproved by following the same steps - only instead of selecting "Approve selected", select "Cancel approval".
