Be aware that you can change your account name only once.
Also note that your account name and the company name can be different; therefore, once you change your account name, the company name will remain the same. If you wish to change the company name, you have to edit it in the company name field in the account settings.
To change the account address, do the following:
Go to the "Team settings" page
Click on the "Change" button in the URL address field
Fill out the new URL address
Click on "Submit", as seen below:
After you change the account name, you will be redirected to the login screen.
All account users will get an email notification with the new account address immediately after performing the change. All the users need to log in using the new URL address in order to continue using prima:Time.
