The application has stopped working, and I’m not able to log back in. What can I do?

Some of the most common problems are caused by outdated or missing cookies and cache information. This can be fixed by doing as follows:

  1. Try using a different browser to find out whether the same issue persists here as well

  2. Make sure to have cookies enabled in your browser

  3. Clear your browser's cookies and cache
