What if I don't receive the activation link after the invitation has been sent?

Try requesting prima:Time Time Tracking to resend your activation e-mail from your account homepage, by doing the following:

  1. Go to the "Team members" page

  2. Click on the correspondent user (confirmation pending)

  3. Click on "Send invitation" button, as seen below:

Sometimes e-mail servers and clients are trying to avoid unwanted e-mails, so be sure to check your spam folder.
