Try requesting prima:Time Time Tracking to resend your activation e-mail from your account homepage, by doing the following:
Go to the "Team members" page
Click on the correspondent user (confirmation pending)
Click on "Send invitation" button, as seen below:
Sometimes e-mail servers and clients are trying to avoid unwanted e-mails, so be sure to check your spam folder.
