The table view is ideal for viewing a lot of time records and for editing them in bulk.

To get to the Table view, do the following:

  1. Go to the "Team overview"

  2. Click on "Table", as seen below:

The time records can be edited in the following ways:

  • Deleted

  • Approved/ Disapproved

  • Recalculating its price

  • Changing the activity, the Billable and Beneficial attributes

  • Moving the time records to different projects, changing the tasks' owners or changing the task itself

To edit the time records, do the following:

  1. Select the time records by checking their checkbox

  2. Click on one of the boxes: "Action", "Edit", "Move", depending on the way you want to edit the time records

  3. Select the respective action

  4. Save the changes, as seen in the example below:
