How do I set and/or edit the due date & payment date?

Method 1:

  1. Click on Bills in the dashboard.
  2. There you will see the list of bills.
  3. On the right side, you will see an action button (the gear icon). Click on this.
  4. Here you can edit, delete, approve or set the bills as paid.
  5. Once you set the bills as paid, you will see today's date set as the payment date. You can edit this date, when editing the bill.

There are also three new columns in the list:

  1. Approved – shows the approved icon when a bill is approved
  2. Due date – shows the date by which the bill should be paid
  3. Paid – in case the bill is paid, it shows a "check” icon and the date on which the payment was made

Method 2:

Method 3:

1.In the bills list, click on "edit" or "+ New bill".

2.The issue date will by default be today's date and the due date date will be 14 days later ( if the bill was created before Dec 2014, you will have to enter the due date manually).

3. You can edit these dates at any time while editing or creating the bill.

 4. You can also set the payment date at the same time. Just click on "Set as paid" and today's date will be entered.
