Tasks are a specific part of the projects. They allow you to have a detailed overview of the actions carried out or to be performed in order to complete a project.

Method 1

Creating tasks from the Project Management - do as follows:

  1. Go to Manage 👉 Projects

  2. Select the particular project by clicking on it

  3. Go to the "Tasks" subpage

  4. Click on "+Task"

  5. Fill out the information to create the task

  6. Click on "Submit", as seen below:

Method 2

Creating tasks by using the Universal Button from the Dashboard - do as follows:

  1. Click on the arrow pointing down at the Universal Button

  2. Click on "+Add task"

  3. Select the Project, which the task will be related to

  4. Fill out the information to create the task

  5. Click on "Submit", as seen below:

Method 3

Creating tasks by using the "+button" when creating a time record - do as follows:

  1. Create a Time record

  2. Select the Project the task should be related to

  3. Fill out the information to create the task

  4. Click on "Submit", as seen below:
