Tasks are a specific part of the projects. They allow you to have a detailed overview of the actions carried out or to be performed in order to complete a project.

Method 1

We can create tasks from the Project Management - Manage 👉 Projects 👉 Given project 👉 Tasks 👉 +Task. As an example we will add a new task to a project called "Project Preparation". This method is a bit slower, however, we can specify other important parts as The owner of that task, The budget etc.

Method 2

We can also create tasks by using the Universal Button from the Dashboard. We firstly need to pick the project and then name the task. This way the task will be automaticaly added to that chosen project. This method is a bit faster than Method 1 since we can start creating tasks straight from the calendar. Again, we can specify other important parts as The owner of that task, The budget etc.

Method 3

You can create tasks by clicking on the "+button" when creating a time record. Again, we firstly need to pick the project and then named the task. This way will the task be automaticaly added to that chosen project. This method is the fastest one, however, it does not let us specify other inputs. It is great to use this method if we know we will either specify the details later or the details are not important to us.
