In case you are experiencing issues with accessing your module, perform the following steps:
Go to the "Accesses and Subscriptions" setting (Or ask your admin)
Remove the Attendance / Time Tracking / Billing subscriptions from the users experiencing the problems
Assign those subscriptions back to the users again
Perform a logout and a login as the affected user
