I cannot access my module. What should I do?

In case you are experiencing issues with accessing your module, perform the following steps:

  1. Remove the Attendance / Time Tracking / Billing subscriptions from the users experiencing the problems

  2. Assign those subscriptions back to the users again

  3. Perform a logout and a login as the affected user

If the issue still persists, delete your Cache and cookies - follow the steps in the articles below depending on the browser you are using:
