In order to cancel or temporarily suspend one or more of your currently active prima:Time subscriptions, which may be integrated into a larger subscription package, you need to contact prima:Time support team before the end of its current billing cycle.

Please note that this is a different process from fully cancelling your prima:Time account and/or all its respective subscription payments, an action that can be directly performed on your FastSpring account.

prima:Time subscriptions are automatically merged and typified using two different criteria: the purchased module (Attendance / Time Tracking / Billing) and the chosen period of payment (monthly / yearly).

This means that we are only able to edit your subscription details based on the aforementioned "types" of subscription. Let's look at an example.

You have purchased, in total, 12 subscriptions:

  • 2 yearly Time Tracking subscriptions

  • 4 monthly Time Tracking subscriptions

  • 6 monthly Attendance subscriptions.

There are 3 types of subscription on the example above:

  1. Time Tracking, yearly

  2. Time Tracking, monthly

  3. Attendance, monthly

Note that you cannot convert your existing yearly subscriptions into monthly subscriptions (or vice-versa) nor can you convert your Time Tracking subscriptions into Attendance subscriptions (or vice-versa).

This means you can increase or decrease the number of any existing active subscription, but always in respect to the chosen class or type (module and payment period).

In the case above, again used as an example, you could request us to cancel:

  • Up to 1 monthly Time Tracking subscription (out of 2)

  • Up to 3 monthly Time Tracking subscriptions (out of 4)

  • Up to 5 monthly Attendance subscriptions (out of 6)

On the other hand, increasing the number of a certain type of subscription is a very straightforward process. More information on that topic can be found here.
